Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send items back without first contacting us — they will not be accepted.

Important: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
